What our name means to us.
Direct is how we write. Plain words, one reader, a clear reason to be there. No tricks and no pretending to be a friend you have never met.
Outbound is where we go. Out past your network, to the buyers who would be glad to know you and simply have not been introduced yet.
Put together, it is a polite knock on the right door, made by someone who did their homework first.
The best outreach reads like it was written by someone who would happily shake your hand.
A few things we hold to.
- We write for a person, every time. If we cannot find a good reason to reach someone, we leave them be.
- A human reads every message before it goes. Nothing is left to run unattended.
- We reach out with care for consent, and a request to stop is honored straight away.
- We say what we see, even when the honest answer is that you are already doing well.
- We build to hand over. The work belongs to you, and so does everything it teaches us.
