Short and plain, the way we like to write everything.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we keep your message and the address it came from. We collect nothing else about you through this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one thing, which is answering your request. That might mean replying to a question or writing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask us to do.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are never sold, rented or traded. Only the people here who are working on your request can see them.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not follow you around the web.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to edith.thomas@directoutbound.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will take care of it. If you ever want us to stop getting in touch, reply "stop" and we will.
